When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, property postcode or area, property type, number of bedrooms and, if you choose to provide them, your current monthly rent and any additional details. We also collect limited technical data such as IP address and browser type when you use the site.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your property enquiry, prepare a personalised income projection, and keep a record of our communications with you.
Lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we rely on legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you have made and running our business) and, where we take steps at your request before entering into an agreement, the performance of a contract. Where we use non-essential advertising cookies we rely on your consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, and are then deleted or anonymised.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run this site and our business, such as website and database hosting and email providers, under terms that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data.
